Licca-chan Fushigi na Mahou no Ring

This is the second part of a series of OVAs used to promote the Licca dolls made by Takara/Tomy. In this part, Licca walks back from her piano lesson to find a mysterious bracelet that suddenly falls out of the sky. In finding the bracelet, she embarks on an adventure with a being named Lunar and his sidekick Arque to save the dawn.
